Being an animator means  a work of everyday to perform in shows.  When not with hotel's customers doing daily entertaining activities, animators  must  work on and repeat  shows.  It might be  during day time or night  after show time. An animation team must be able to propose a program on 15 days. This means 15 different night evens and everyday repititions. That is the backstage where all talents may express themselves.
